DJI Care Enterprise Service
The DJI Matrice 4T comes standard with the DJI Care Enterprise Plus Service, which has a coverage limit of 6200€ within the 12-month term. This means that unlimited free repairs are possible within the coverage amount and the 1-year contract period.
Damage caused by accidents, water damage, signal faults and operating errors is covered.
The service can be extended twice after 12 months for a further 12 months each time with the article "DJI Care Enterprise Plus (M4T) activation code for 12 months". This means that the service can be extended to a maximum of 36 months.
DJI Care Enterprise Plus is either activated automatically in the background during activation of the device, or a window to be confirmed appears during activation.
